Australian Premiere Life Story in Concert

Program

Sir David Attenborough’s Life Story Prom is a concert inspired by distinguished British naturalist and broadcaster, Sir David Attenborough’s recent BBC Television series, Life Story. The soundtrack, composed by Murray Gold (who has written the music for Doctor Who since 2005), takes centre-stage, performed by the Queensland Symphony Orchestra and conducted by Jeremy Holland-Smith.

Filmed exclusively for BBC Proms Australia, distinguished British naturalist and broadcaster, Sir David Attenborough narrated the Life Story Prom on-screen at the event and the audience sat back as the most iconic voice of natural history documentaries took them through the epic journey animals face, with footage and music from his critically acclaimed television series, Life Story.

Running time: 2 hours including 20-minute interval.
